Greeting
When I arrived about 7:30 AM I was greeted by “clipboard girl” I told her I didn’t have an appointment that something was wrong with my car. She then had an attitude when she explained to me that they were very busy, 80 cars in and probably wouldn’t even get to it until Monday or possibly even Tuesday. This was Friday. I said fine I just need a loaner. They had my car completed by 11AM. I was amazed and grateful. Is this really someone you want greeting your customers???? She definitely needs an attitude adjustment AKA. retraining.

Warranty work
The warranty person arrived 3 days later than we were told and therefore we were unable to get a rental car for a week. Plus the parts were on backorder but were able to be found sooner than expected. The Temecula Hyundai service managers were very helpful in keeping us informed.

I had a warranty issue and made an appointment to have the work done. As soon as I pulled in, I was met by their service person, shown to the "check-in" (for want of another word) and was immediately assisted. The work was done in about 30 minutes, car was washed and I was on my way. The customer service there is excellent!! All of the people in that department are friendly, out going and professional!
