My wife had a nail in her tire on her Outlander the day after Thanksgiving. Repair shops were closed
so we took it to the dealership. They put a plug in it and came back to tell my wife that she should replace the tire due to sidewall damage at a time of $329.00. She called me and I said no, I want to get a second opinion from someone I know. I took the car to Mike @ Tire Motiv explained the situation to him and he pulled the tire pulled the plug out and put a patch on it and came back and said you’re tire is fine no replacement needed. There is nothing wrong with the sidewall. 👍
