I came to John's with some suspension issues on my Cadillac, and despite having a pretty packed sched
ule, they found time to help me out.
They did an excellent job communicating what my vehicle needed and breaking down the estimates in a way that was easy to understand. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly and professional. They understood the stress I was under and the importance of making sure my vehicle was safe and reliable before I headed back across the country to the West Coast.
One thing that really stood out was their honesty. After digging into the vehicle, they discovered I didn't need all of the parts that were originally anticipated, which ended up saving me a significant amount of money. Not every shop would be willing to have that conversation, and I really appreciated their integrity.
