Paul is a very reliable and a professional mechanic that you should count on!
My wife and I drove the Honda Pilot for breakfast in the Media area on Wednesday morning. However, so
on as we arrived at the parking lot, I found out our car could not be restarted. I felt so helpless as there was no one near by that I could ask for help, and I never thought my car would fail me. I called Paul for help immediately! He calmed me down even though it was one of his busiest day with his assistant out sick. He then told me to enjoy my breakfast and he would call me back in 15 minutes once he freed up. I felt very relaxed after talking to him and, to my surprise, he not only called me back but he showed up in the parking lot, ready to offer his help! My car started right after he helped jump my car and had identified that the battery terminals were loose and the battery was bad. I took the car to him the next day for repair; he not only helped rescue me from my strangle but also resolved my battery and connection issues. He is very reliable and a professional mechanic that everyone should count on. Thank you, Paul!

Took my HHR there for a headlamp assembly replacement. Was originally told that it would be a 2 hour
job. The tech had the job completed in just a tad over 30 minutes. Will definitely use them again.

I found out you have to specify very clearly when you drop off your vehicle what you want done, even
if you specified very clearly when you called and made the service appointment. I had to remind them on several points what it was I had requested. But eventually they got everything done plus some and the cost wasn't horrendous. I would definitely use them again with the above precautions.

Fast and knowledgeable
I have been to this mechanic three times already and will continue to go back. This place has extreme
ly knowledgeable mechanics. They were able to get me in quickly for my car issues and the services they provided were quick and reasonably priced. I appreciate that they take the time to explain the issues with my car to me every time I get a service done. They do not try to make me get more services than I need but do give me recommendations for ways to improve my vehicles performance!
