The people were great working with my service coverage. The last 3 weeks of having my Van their commu
nication was good. That 3 weeks was mostly dealing with my service contract company & waiting for the part to arrive. They checked the transmission as well to make sure it was a good replacement. I am very pleased they did. My only suggestion is if they are busy & have a delay getting the vehicle into the shop for more then 2 days to look at it, calling the owner & asking if they would like their vehicle & return when they can get it on the rack to look at it would have helped with my transportation problem. After 2 weeks I called them to inquire.
I would use their service again as they did great work & are very friendly.

They worked on the equinox today, fully checking
the engine and letting me know what future work is needed
The alternator was replaced at this time and a pulley.
No more burning smell no more noise a nice quiet engine.
This is a 2009 Chevy equinox. Definitely for the years that is on the vehicle will always need work and they will always go to bullet and they will always get it done right away.
We always make appointments there is no pressure put on them and they always put the best mechanic on our vehicle.
