My car was towed there because it broke down and Ralph and his mechanics had it fixed and back to me
the same day. They are amazing, knowledgeable, honest, hard workers, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Work done on my Escalade 2015
Couldn’t be happier with the service I received on my 2015 Escalade. They take their time to figure o
ut the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. Customer service is 10/10 great communication. They also offer a loaner vehicle to use if need be which is very nice.

Usually waiting to find out what's wrong with your car or what else they might find when you're there
for routine maintenance, it's altogether a different experience at Certified Auto Care in Richmond, VA (Glen Allen). I trust those working on my car and can have candid conversations about what needs to be done without the uncomfortable pressuring feeling that the technician is trying to sell me something.
The lobby temperature is always comfortable, there's no smell of car grease, it's peaceful and relaxing, and everyone is friendly. I used to have someone follow me to appointments so I could leave my car and get a ride back. But now I take a book and wait in the lobby. It's a nice break in my day.

Mike gave me brake parts free because they were the ones to fix my brakes 3 years ago (just labor cha
rge). He is fantastic at discerning what the root cause of troubles are and helpful when I have needed to triage which repairs to do first (to drive safely) and which I can put off to save up for.
