CUSTOMER BEWARE! Please read MY WHOLE REVIEW. Then read the owners reply. While you are. reading, please keep in mind that the OWNER'S WIFE, Gina recommended this place to me AND THE OWNER IS THE ONE WHO GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE and HE IS THE ONE WHO DOUBLED MY BILL after he quoted the job. His mechanic ruined my replaced stainless steel exhaust after I specifically told him to save the old stainless exhaust and that I was selling it to someone. OH, HOW WE FORGET and then LIE!!!! And THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE, but that don't make you an honest and respectable person. Now, here is my experience: I took my 2002 Mustang GT here to have a NEW Flowmaster Exhaust put in to replace the expensive stainless steel factory exhaust. I was given an estimate (verbally) at 250.00 to replace the exhaust and return my old one so I could sell it. I dropped the car off along with the new exhaust system. I sent my wife to pick up the car when it was done and I went with my trailer to pick up the exchanged exhaust system. When I arrived the stainless steel exhaust system was cut into pieces and ruined. Then....to top things off the owner charged my wife DOUBLE the estimate he gave me for replacing the exhaust and ruining the original one. Moral of the story....DON'T USE THIS PLACE....and if you do, make sure you get a WRITTEN estimate signed by the management and photos of you original parts before letting these people work on your car. I thought that this place was the exception to the "Florida Mechanic RIP-OFF Rule", but I guess I was wrong...AND BOY, I PAID FOR IT!!! WARNING!!!! Its funny that he dont remember. FIGURES! His wife recommended him to me, whom I used to work with. Selective memory!!!!! BEWARE!
