After relocating to California, I took my vehicle to Firestone Complete Auto Care. Firestone documented a massive engine oil leak and confirmed that AAA Auto Tech had already worked on the oil pan and timing cover but did not fix it properly. Their report stated the vehicle is “still leaking at this time.”
AAA Auto Tech took my money but failed to deliver proper workmanship. Because I am no longer in Boston, I cannot return for rework. The lack of accountability and refusal to stand behind their work shows they are only interested in money, not customer service. I strongly warn others to avoid this business.
