I found Rich years ago after some bad experiences with an auto shop. I called Rich after seeing his story on local tv. I made an appointment and he was so kind to me! He took care of my '92 Camry, and I have gone back to his shop several times, always looking forward to excellent setvice. I will be seeing him for all of my future auto needs.
