My car was at Akiki from December 23 to February 18. The reason given was missing parts from BMW. This was a very typical fender bender of the left front head light area with no damage to the engine and drive train. I suggest that ordering the parts from BMW should take a lot less time that it did which led to the nearly two months of being without my car and mounting cost for a rental car. There workmanship was and excellent and I would use Akiki again, but I would insist that there be some agreement re the unnecessary expense for renting a car.
