Our goal is to provide the most accurate picture of a business's online reputation. I formally requested clarification via email, asking for a breakdown of labor hours, rates, and parts used. Unfortunately, I did not receive a clear or transparent response. Due to the lack of communication, I filed a formal complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR).
I’m currently waiting for the process to move forward, but so far, my experience has been disappointing. I hope the shop reconsiders its position and responds with the honesty and professionalism every customer deserves.
