Told Me I needed a new engine

I didnt! Other shop resurfaced the deck with engine in the truck.

You have us confused with another shop, we never mentioned to you about a engine at all. When we spoke with you , we told you that you have a bad rack and pinion that was installed by another shop! We expressed that you need to take it back to the shop who done the repairs, so you could get it warrantied. That way there would be no charges on your end for a newly failed part! As if we would have done the work we would have warrantied it no questions asked! I don't understand the one star review, for something that we never even spoke about! We would greatly appreciate for you to remove or re-rate our review as we strive to be honest and courteous to everyone. We also understand that this may have been a mistake and got us confused with another shop! Thank You! AT THE BAY AUTOMOTIVE
