Would 100% Hit a Pothole Again

Like many brave drivers navigating the lunar landscape otherwise known as Chappaqua’s roadside potholes, I recently sacrificed a tire to the asphalt gods. RIP.
After limping my car into Auto Center with all the dignity of a shopping cart with one bad wheel, they sprang into action immediately. No dramatic sighs. No “we’ll see you next week.” Just instant help. Miraculously, they even tracked down my weird, hard-to-find tire the very same day.
While I waited, I was offered coffee and cookies. The prince of a man, whose name I didn't get, also noticed I had a bit of a cold and casually handed me cough drops and tissues like an automotive guardian angel. I came in for a tire and left feeling emotionally supported.
He even stayed a little late so I could pick up my car and not spend the weekend carless. AND — bonus level unlocked — they checked my emissions and discovered it was expiring the next day. I had absolutely no idea. He basically saved me from future-me problems.
This is, single-handedly, the best repair shop in the world.
