Fixed Air conditioner

Auto Doc Rocks!
Been in Bullhead City for about 2 1/2 years. Looked for a good, reliable, and honest auto repair shop and FINALLY found one in Auto Doc.

From the time I first called to schedule my appointment for a tune up until I checked out, Auto Doc was very professional and respectful. Hard to find these days with any business. They did a great job on their estimate taking care and time to explain everything they would be doing.

They took good care of this disabled veteran and I am grateful. I highly recommend Auto Doc and will surely send my friends there. Thank you

Excellent servicing foreign car
Alex and his crew are an excellent team. Everytime I need my cars serviced, they do everything I need. If they catch a problem, they notify me and get it fixed. Very friendly and thoughtful crew.

Chasing problem issues.
Came in with a 1997 Suburban that had either a fuel or electrical issue which was causing the vehicle to stumble when starting from a dead stop. Other mechanics did not want to take on the job of chasing down problem issues. They want to get easy fixes with repairs that are quick turn arounds.Shane is extremely knowledgeable and patient when it comes to chasing down issues. A combination of fuel and electrical parts were required to bring my vehicle back to tip top running shape. The once "Standard go to vehicle for towing and power" is once again back on the road again ready to work. Great job. Thanks Shane and the Auto Doc crew for putting in the time and hard work.

I had ABS, traction control, and stable control trouble lights on.

Shane isolated it to a wheel speed sensor and a break in the wiring harness.

The total repair took about 2 1/2 hours.

Shane, his mom and his crew are really good people.
Polite, clear, and always friendly.

I will certainly go to Auto Doc for future vehicle repairs.
