Oil Change Bonus
I have been a customer for the past 4 years working with Kelly taking care of my needs. I went in today meet Blake new owner and he assured me that anything the old admin had granted he up hold. Auto Maxx has a oil change program to where on your 5th oil change it will be on the house. Meeting Blake for the first time you see that he's very knowledgeable about the industry, makes you comfortable about letting Auto Maxx handle your mechanical business.

Extremely Disappointed
About a month or so ago I took my truck in because it was making a weird noise and it’s normally extremely quiet. I was informed a valve was loose and needed to be replaced. Keep in mind there was absolutely nothing wrong besides the noise. Everything else worked perfectly. After paying a little over $350 the noise was gone. But then I quickly realized the ac was blowing hot air and wasn’t cooling at all and now has a smell. So I take it back the next day and was told that what they did had absolutely nothing to do with how the ac blows and I can pay another $168 and they’d only tell me what the problem was! Now I’m left riding around in Houston 100 degree weather with my one year old with an ac that blows Hot air out one side of the car and semi cool out of the other! I’m extremely disappointed and can’t afford to correct something that is now broken that wasn’t before I took it there! I will not be recommending a place that picks and chooses who to treat right!

Great Service
Great service. Kelly and Ishmael were very friendly and helpful. Stayed after hours to help make sure everything was taken care of. Honest, helpful and priced well.

I apologize if you felt we took to long to drive cycle your vehicle. We offered you a shuttle and as I explained if the 02 sensor did not fix your problem that meant the more costly repair would be needed. Most shops make the customer drive cycle their own vehicle and if the light comes back on the customer brings the vehicle back. I do not like doing that because I don't feel that is a complete repair. Some vehicles take up to 400 miles to drive cycle. I have all customer vehicles drive cycled if possible before releasing the vehicle, so the customer knows the repair is done and they will not need to come back for the same issue or a new one that may arise. Please let me know if their is anything I can do to make up for your bad experience.
