I had an oil leak that caused my engine to seize.i had it towed to their shop. On inspection the found that when I had my last oil change the filter was cross-threaded.
I never would have known that. They TOLD me.
They took 100% responsibility, replaced my engine and paid for my rental.
The gentleman that did my oil change is no longer with them, but he was gone before all of this happened.
That’s professional integrity, and moreover, an impressive moral compass.
I will recommend them to everyone.
