I was late for my appointment
This shop is a bit far away, but they let me keep my appointment when I was 30 minutes late. They balanced all 4 wheels, and checked my AC for leaks. They then filled it up with freon. AC is important in this weather and now my Honda is icy cold, yay! Going to drive to Richmond tomorrow, and no more vibration. That was important to me.

Good service
Had my state inspection done here, so I figured I'd bring it back for an oil change and brake check. My vehicle is older and I want to keep driving it long as I can, so having an experienced automotive company who gets the job done right and friendly and reliable.

Straight forward
Always kind and always professional. They’re great mechanics and do a good job communicating the information about your car. My 2012’s computer didn’t show the exact data like we have today, and they took the time and figured it out and fixed the problem, keeping me informed the whole way.
