Terrible customer service
I have purchased three new cars from this location, when it was Bales, and was considering a fourth. However, the customer service has gone so far downhill, it is making me reconsider. While the work performed is satisfactory, the service department is unresponsive to phone calls, even though the voice mail message says calls will be returned. I understand that they get busy, but I have been waiting on a return call for over 10 days. I don't anticipate I will hear back. And this is common! This, plus it taking weeks many times to get an appt for a recall matter, is unacceptable. I love my Hyundai, so this is disheartening. Bachman just doesn't care like Bales did. Very sad!
