if car maintenance can be a pleasurable experience, then this place is that. from the service reps and their friendly greeting (they are the face of the service end of the business, so that's important) to the other employees you might come across, it's good vibes. The mechanics are professional, competent and on time for your appointments. i was there for two recalls on my Santa Fe (love the car), in on time, offered snacks, and Vanessa is a delightful rep to interact with, informative and knowledgeable. everything was great as usual.
