Sean said he had to bring his vehicle back to this business after picking it up because his turn signal was not working. They never gave him a promise date and they never called him to keep him informed, he always had to call them. Due to this communication issue he was also not satisfied with their communication.

Spoke with Sarah. She said the employees at this business were very accommodating. They got her in and out very quickly and worked on her vehicle very quickly. They also worked around her schedule for her. Chris was extremely helpful during her experience.

Alexandra said the back bumper had scratches on it from the accident and on her estimate, it was written, to fix the back bumper. She thinks the business just painted over the scratches and did not repair them. She does not know if it was a communication error or the business just skipped the repair part.
