Beyond accommodating!
We had to tow our hybrid SUV to Basic Auto because of a glitch in the ignition. Dallas taught my husband how to fix it for free. How can you be kinder and more helpful than that?

Very good service
My auto hadn’t had a checkup for about a year. I had specific things I wanted done which I discussed with Mitchell and I was so pleased with the results when my auto was finished. He told me some fixes would be needed but not now. And fixed all the things that were needed. AND IT DIDNT COST ME AN ARM AND A LEG. I love this shop.

Starting problems
My truck wouldn't start. Kept blowing fuses. Took it in and they fixed it super quick.
