Made appointment online, still waited 45 minutes
I had made an appointment online to have oil change and tires rotated! Waited 45 minutes and my car was still sitting outside, not being worked on! Went up to counter to get my keys and go elsewhere and was told mechanic was not in the building! The two minutes later he went out to get my car and move into garage, stopped him and got keys back! No apologies on why not started when an appointment was made to not have to wait! Will never go back again as to how I was treated!
