Excelente Customer Service
I made my first appointment with this company roughly 4 months ago, I was not able to keep that appointment. I called last week for a “Break Pad” error on my Mini Countryman. They gave me me an appointment right away, and fixed my car within a few hours. Layton was informative, friendly, and the cost was significantly less than the Mini Garage. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Quick and convenient safety inspection
It is getting harder to find these. When our “regular” mechanic stopped doing them I tried Bavarian which always takes good care of our BMW. Was delighted that they could do it with relatively open schedule.

Waited while service was performed; everything was completed efficiently to include safety inspection and an on-the-spot decision to replace another part. Signal light popped out after leaving shop, returned and part was replaced in 10 minutes.

Always ready to help
BME has an attitude towards my cars that extends yo everyone in the shop. No one waves off responsibility. So I know there will be no shortcuts taken. Recently, because of my physical issue that day, they went out of their way to help me secure a needed attention to my cars; it might have seemed a small thing, but not to me. This place is like a home.

Great alternative for Mini owners
Prefer coming here than going to Mini (aka BMW on Kapiolani). Prices are better and service is more personal.

Trustworthy and quality service and work
Leif and his team are always quick to respond to inquires and provide updates. They’re also the nicest people. They do quality work for reasonable prices and don’t price gauge you like the dealerships do. My uncle recommended these guys to me 6 years ago and I haven’t looked back. Could not recommend BME more.
