Rear window motor
I want to thank Josh and his team for replacing the rear window wiper motor on my Grand Cherokee.
Two other shops declined the job because of their ( justifiable ) concern about breaking the glass.

The work was done in a timely fashion and considerably less cost than the dealer.

Great work, great service!
I’ve taken my son’s Jeep GC in there three times now and each time Josh and Chuck have done excellent work and been awesome to deal with. They’ve been efficient, transparent about costs and friendly to boot. Would recommend them to friends and family without any reservations whatsoever.

Totally flat tire
Chuck at Twisted Wrench was most helpful. He carefully explained various options, and once I'd decided, he sprung into action. Ordered delivery of the necessary tires, and straightaway set to install!! Wonderful service!!

Best Mechanic
Such a great experience! I’m not really a “car person,” but it was so clear even from my initial phone call that they were trustworthy and thorough. I never felt pressured to spend more than I needed to, and they were so friendly, patient, and did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done. Definitely the only mechanic I’ll be calling from now on!

Tire pressure alert
Driving by the Bearded Wrench today and the tire pressure warning light came on in my work van.
Stopped and asked if the could help because I am leaving early in the morning.
Both Gentlemen were really pleasant and courteous.

A few minutes later I was on my way.
They put the word SERVICE in Service Station. Thank you both once again.

Great service
Was in a bind and needed tires put on my Yukon. Stopped by in the morning to talk to Josh and told me to drop it off. A few hours later I dropped it off, dealt with Chuck and everything was done quick. Both were very professional and will be back.
