Excellant work
My car is 20 years old and so often the cooling system would break down until I found Bert's Garage. What a difference I have seen in my cars performance. The mechanics let me know in advance what will need replacing or maintenance coming up. I have always kept track of all my cars servicing and what I discover is they are right. As a women not knowing much about cars, it is a great blessing to me to feel secure in driving my car long distances.

Convenience and Quality
What took me so long? After a lifetime of going to body shops that treated me like just another customer, I decided after being rear ended I would find someplace with a more convenient location. I ended up at Bert's after reading some positive reviews. The convenient location aside, this was by far the best experience I have ever had at a body shop. The staff were all knowledgeable, communicative, and above all friendly, treating me like an actual human being! What a rare treat.
On top of that their work was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
I will highly recommend Bert's to anyone who asks.

They’ll take care of your mom!
I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income who drives a senior car (2001) Ford Focus station wagon. The crew at Bert’s keep the car running. They recently had to replace some of her original parts. But, she’s too good to be through. So Bert’s is stuck with me as a customer. Their prices are comparable to others in Hollywood. But they’re AAA approved and nice. When I had to be towed early this week, I told the truck driver to take the car to Bert’s. He said I made a good choice.

Fixing Breaks
My car was just a little shaky and not its typical self, I took it to the trusted mechanics at Bert's and they sorted it out right away. It was my front breaks, not my back, so they didn't try to up-sell me the whole car which they easily could have tried. Quick work, all Toyota parts, couldn't ask for better. I trust the mechanics at Bert's and I trust they won't try to take advantage of their customers.

Service on my 2005 Toyota Highlander
The appointment to start to work on my Highlander was at 8:30. I got there early and they started the maintenance as soon as I got there I was in and out with less then was expected the mechanics and the office personnel are easy to talk to, and they will give you advice. Great experience.

This is now over 10 years I have my Camry maintained by Bert’s garage.Never had surprise ;if they discover items which can endanger your safety on the road they will call you,discuss it and let you take t the decision knowing cost and schedule
