Trust in Business Shattered
Ww have a total of 7 vehicles that we get serviced here. I had 2 of those vehicles in this past week.

Vehicle #1- needed on oil change

Vehicle #2- wanted vehicles checked as my ride was no longer smooth and my steering wheel was shaking

After Service Summary: Vehicle #1: Recommended service was that I need NEW tires. Just put brand new Michelin tires on it 2 weeks ago = shady business practices

After Service Summary: Vehicle #2:
They called said my vehicle was ready-- I said well what did you find? They said back tire has belt broke in it which is causing the shaking. Said all of my tires were "choppy" and that I needed new tires. I said well they are new just got them 1 month ago. They have a warranty will take them back to the business I got them from. (Which I did). I went to the tire shop and took the service summary. First issue-- Bland street kept my tire lock-- I had to call them-- they said they didn't take my tires off-- I said you left the bag of lug nuts(?) In front seat but took kept my tire lock. -- Manager on Duty went and looked in shop and sure enough it was there. Drove back to Bland Street to get it then back to tire shop. Tire shop checks all the tires--- no issues at all except that my rim is badly bent so of course I call Bland Street and tell them what tire shop said vs. what the service summary said. The manager on duty went and talked to the technician who said yeah he saw that the rim was bent but that is not what was communicated verbally or on the service summary. They ordered one and it cost $200 to have it put on. Bland Street then changed their story to my tires were perfect-- none choppy at all...this whole situation with both cars = shady business dealings

We have been using you for over 15 yrs as does our entire family. Not sure we will be returning after this as we gave lost all faith and trust in this business.
