Verified CustomerI am sorry that you feel that you did not recieve our best serivce from all of our members. I am pleased I was able to soften the service a bit. There are a lot of factors that could contributed to your concerns one being we tend to get the blame when 3rd part warranties like Drivetime decline a repair for coverage because we are the one in the middle delivering the news. However we will take this into account and work on doing better. I hope you can understand our position and we do always try to help any way we can. I also hope that you will take into reasonable consideration that even after your negative feedback we still assited you with your claim when called and asked us to with no reservations and will be avaialble to help you for any future claim needs if you should require them.
