Bowe's had the tires replaced and my car ready to go by 2:00 pm that same day. We were leaving for vacation that night and Bowe's came through for us. The total cost was incredible considering the work they did and the accommodations they made. They gave me a $25 coupon for my next visit and also a coupon for a free car wash in the area. I will definitely recommend Bowe's to family and friends.

Quick Tire Fix
Needed my tire plugged because I ran over a screw. As I walked to the counter, saw Brian in the garage. Asked if he had time to plug a tire. He had me back right up to the bay doors and plugged the tire for me immediately. He even checked the air in all of my tires for me. I was out of there in 10 minutes! He was very nice, friendly and pleasant. Have taken previous cars there for inspections and oil changes. Never had a bad experience when I went there to have any sort of work done.

We have used Bowe's Exxon for years to do service and other repairs. They are very courteous and scheduling by phone has been very easy. We have not used the web scheduler as yet. The service manager has been easy to work with and helpful. They let you know the charge for the service you request up front. If they find additional items that need repair, they call you and send texts listing each item and the cost. They are usually able to accomplish any additional repairs needed the same day. The work has been excellent. We have never had any problems or needed to return to fix something. They leave the car clean and no greasy foot or hand prints. I checked on the price for an oil change and they were $10 cheaper than the dealer. We keep going back because they earn our business.

Horrible shop experience
Stay away from this place! Had my check engine light on so I took it into this shop. Said that it was a cam shift sensor issue and needed to be replaced. They replaced one of the sensors and two days later the engine light went back on. Shopped it again and was told now it's the other cam shift sensor. I had them replace that one as well (another shop said standard procedure is to replace both at the same time because they often fail around the same time). Even after replacing both my check engine light was still on and the shop said that it had something to do with the computer "going"... Finally I took my car to Conicelli Hyundai and they said that there are no computer issues whatsoever and the issue is the camshaft sensors.... they said they were probably not sealed or installed properly and it'd be better to just install new parts. So after 2 shop visits and $600, this shop did absolutely nothing for my car. STAY AWAY!!!

In and out with a friendly, quick tire fix
Stopped on my way to work today after the tire light came on and I realized I had a screw. They took me right in, looked at it, fixed it, and had me rolling in 20 mins. I've been here before for oil changes and gotten an easy and convienent ride to work. Perfect!

Disappointed
I was extremely dissatisfied with the fact that I had explained to the technician that my air conditionaer compressor was down and he insisted on doing his own check. On top of that he was explained that I needed it repaired by Friday and then he calls me to confirm what I told him which is that the compressor was down and that he was booked and could not repair my vehicle until the following Tuesday or Thursday. Well I ended up paying $40.02 for somethign that I already had diagnosed and told him the problem and they misled me when I could have taken it to another service shop. I am not sure what the purpose of the visit to your shop and saddens me that while I live locally, I may have to just do business elsewhere.
