Screw this place
This place is beyond unprofessional. They had my car for almost a month. I tried to contact them several times via phone, tezt and email with no answer. We showed up at the shop to find the car sitting there but no owner in the shop only 2 employees who couldn't answer any of my questions, not only that but they lied and said technet was who ran everything , yet technet says they are individually owned and operated . I contacted Technet who they are supposed to work with. TECHnet couldn't find them in there system under the correct info. They (technet) were finally able to find 2 numbers. One that was the one I had continually called with no answer and one that was no longer in service. We had another customer tell us that in order for him to get ahold of the owner he has to call from a different number than his own. So is the owner avoiding customers?? Don't ever go here if you dont want your car held hostage and no way to know if the work was actually done.

Bought a LEMON vehicle
Back in August of 2024 we brought a 2023 Kia K5 from Safford Brown Hyundai of Manassas. I drove the car prior to purchasing the vehicle and notice a noise while I was driving. Victor, who was my sales manager, assure me that the noise was just because the prior owner has work done on the car. My son drove the car until November 7th of 2024 until he had back surgery which did not allow him to drive for 3 months. Fast forward to April 1, 2025, as he was parking the car the whole tire came off, which we thought it was a bolt or something that came a loose. We got it towed that morning to a certified mechanic to look over the car because we thought it was just missing bolts that could just be replaced. Well after he inspected the car we were told that the whole suspension was bad and that if he would have driven the car much longer the whole back suspension was going to come off and that his opinion was that the car was never looked over prior to them selling us the car and the car was to new to have these type of issues and that we need to reach out to the dealership. We reach out to the dealership that day and was given the run around and much attituded from Victor who was the sales manager, so I asked to speak to whoever was the GM. I spoke to David Roach and explained to him the issue and the mechanic email them the finding of the car. He asked if we could bring the car in and I told him it was not drivable. He informed me that he was going to reach out to his service manager Zach to make arrangement to have the car brought in and that I would get a call from him by 2:00 p.m. the next day. Well, that didn't happen. The next week I received a call from Zach, and he told me that they did not have any information in the system regarding the service or inspection of the car in their system and he was going to reach out to their sister company and get back to me by 10:00 am the next day. Well, here we are two weeks later, and I still have to heard back from anyone. THIS IS NOT EXECPTABLE WHATSOEVER MY SON COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED IF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED ON THE ROAD. I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION.

Bought a LEMON vehicle
Bought a 2014 Ram 1500 there December 28, 2022. On the way home the tire pressure light came on and called Mr. Dennis, the salesman, and he said to bring it back in. Was going to bring it back on December 30. On December 29, the day after buying the truck, the check engine light came on and we took it to Advance and had Code P0463 Fuel Tank Sensor Has A Short Circuit To Positive. We brought it back on December 30. The tire pressure issue was fixed and the Service Manager, Mr. Walker, diagnosed the service engine light code. He said they would have to send the truck to another one of their shops. It needed a Fuel Sending Sensor, which was on backorder. They fixed this sometime around March. In April the engine started ticking and truck ran bad. The check engine light came on again. We took it to Advance and diagnostics showed Code P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire and P219A Bank 1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance. Called Mr. Robertson, the Used Car Manager. He said to get the Cylinder 3 Misfire fixed and call him back about the Bank 1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance. We hoped by replacing the sparkplugs and switching the coil packs around would fix it, but it didn't. We took it to a reputable Auto Repair Shop where they drove it and did diagnostics. It needed Camshaft, Lifter Sets, Cylinder Head Gasket Set, and Exhaust Manifold Mounting Kit costing $5,587.58. We called Mr. Alfonse, the General Manager, at Safford Brown and asked for help with the cost and said they couldn't. Now the check engine light is on again. Diagnostics shows the same code as the one the day after we bought it and Safford Brown was supposed to have fixed it. Are we happy with this vehicle as their slogan says "BUY HAPPY"? NO! We bought a LEMON!

Very Deceptive Tactic of selling used cars
We bought a used Mazda 6 that this dealership about 10 days ago. When we drove the car home, we noticed a serious issue with the front brake (not easy to test on the dealership lot if driving at low speed). The front wheels and the steering wheel would shake when applying the brake while traveling at 45+ mph. Not only that, the front seat heaters were not working. This was also part of the reason we made the purchase. The next morning we called the salesman to report the issues, and he said just try it another day or two to see if the issues would go away. If not, we could take the car back to the dealership for a look. They did not go away so we call back. The salesman promised to have an answer over the weekend. NO calls. We called and left several voicemails on the day we were promised an answer. Still NO calls back. The next day, the same salesman (Arkeem) called back stating that the sale was final and that no coverage for the repair would be honored by the dealership. I guess this is part of our "naive" mistake for trusting the dealership in making an honor sale.
Future buyers, please be aware of this tactic of this dealership not disclosing the pre-existing issues of used cars that they're selling. The dealership knows pretty well the pre-existing issues but WILL NOT disclose them to its buyers.

Amazing Service
I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had. Honest folks with exceptional service that treat you like royalty! What else can you want?

BAD SERVICE
I MADE A SCHEDULE TO HAVE MY 22 IONIQ5 FOR COMPLIMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICE ONLINE SEVERAL WEEKS AGO. BUT I DIDN'T GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBERS AND I STOPPED BY THE DEALERSHIP COUPLE DAYS LATER TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE ON SATURDAY. I EVEN TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR MY VEHICAL IS A 2022 IONIQ 5 AND I GOT THE EMAIL SEVERAL HOURS LATER. THEN I WENT IN FOR SERVICE TODAY 29TH 2022 AT 11:30 APPOINTMENT AND SERVICE ADVISOR WAS BUSY. SO, I WAITED UNTIL HE WAS DONE WITH BUSINESS AND I TOLD HIM I'M HERE FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE ON MY 2022 IONIQ 5. THE SERVICE ADVISOR TOLD ME DEALERSHIP CAN NOT WORK ON MY VEHICAL. I WAS SO UPSET IF THE DEALERSHIP CAN NOT WORK ON MY VEHICAL I SHOULD BE NOTIFIED SO I COULD RESCHEDULE WITH OTHER DEALERSHIP. I WORK 5DAYS A WEEK AND I ONLY HAVE A TIME ON SATURDAYS.

These guys are GREAT
In all the years I've owned a car, I have NEVER seen such consistently excellent service. I bring my car in for its scheduled maintenance and Brown's takes care of the rest. As a result, I get the same 44 mpg now as I did nearly two years ago I when I first got the car. That shows the value and importance of the maintenance Brown's has provided.

Best Place for Me
My prior accolades about this dealership still has not changed. Love the service, the one-on-one, reminders, great staff and a whole lot more. I currently own a BMW as well, and I can say the dealership is more tidy, the cleanliness and the orderliness ( is that a word?) of the service bays is excellent. Check it out!
