Car Buyer USA tried to tell me that this was my fault for "not removing my plates", but that is a lie. I have both of my license plates, and the DMV said they contacted the last registered owner which should have been this company, NOT me.
PLEASE avoid this shady "small business", it will save you an immense amount of stress.
