People who know what they’re doing
I just moved to San Antonio, so I know I’m an outsider taking advantage of a solid local spot. There was a slight issue with some communications, but ultimately they performed the work to a high standard and were willing to talk to me and provide a small discount for the inconvenience. This tells me they truly take their work seriously, and I hope to do business with them in the future again.

Sometimes people focused on doing great work can be a bit rough around the edges, which is fine. Maybe good to understand that before you bring your car here.

Overall, great experience that lives up the reviews tho, I drive 45 min each way just to bring my car here and the detailed reporting on fixes is phenomenal.
