Very unhappy Customer!!
Well where do l start, Bud knows how very upset I am at this shop! Not only did I leave work early to get there by 3 because they don't schedule any maintenance past then, even though they're open til 5. Mind you this was only a oil change, which then only took 20 MINUTES!! Secondly the "Great Tech" that did the oil change, if it was really done??? Didn't do a complete fluids and maintenance check as I requested several times!! The way I know is I popped my hood and checked. Now Bud in the office is aware of this and as an awesome representative for Chipps made it right by coming out and filling everything his Tech didn't do, after I had to come back! With all this being said Chipps has been great in the past and I've said as much in my previous feedback, but as of right now you guys have really put doubt in my mind.
