Front end diagnosis
The Compass team detected front end component wear on our 2014 Mazda 3 during the customary once-over they perform while doing routine maintenance (in this case oil change and tire rotation). I had heard and felt the clunking. So they just completed comprehensive repairs to keep us safe on the road. Compass doesn't "upsell" unnecessary repairs to unsuspecting customers.
