Prompt and professional but over priced
They were very helpful, professional, and prompt. However they are certainly in sales and tried getting the most out of me they could. They charged the maximum they could for the range they quoted me and their quote for a fix was significantly higher than 3 other mechanics I called. I won't be back for that reason.

Sam I am sorry about the situation you are in with your vehicle. Yes, we quoted you a diagnosis range and we ended up using all of that time. We supplied you with a very thorough and accurate diagnosis. We also told you about other items that were wrong with your vehicle. You brought us the vehicle because you were second guessing the other two shops that diagnosed it for you previously. We sometimes are not the cheapest, but you can always expect great service and quality work. You will never find a "cheap" shop if you are looking for quality work and great service. You get what you pay for in the serice industry.
