Poor service and lide to about what the mechanic did.
On July 29 I dropped my 1955 Oldsmobile off at the Blaine shop. It was put in the garage overnight and began working on replacing the exhaust manifold gasket. At first it was $1380.00. Tony agreed on almost 700.00. That was a ripoff too because it still isn’t fixed right.

Frank it is unfortunate that you are not willing to come back into the shop, so we can show exactly what we did to your car. During the exhaust manifold gasket replacement we found a broken exhaust manifold bolt. The inner fender well was blocking the tech from removing the broken bolt. We had to remove the inner fender well to remove the broken bolt. The broken bolt had to be drilled out becuase it was broken off flush with the cylinder head.

During our phone call conversation you expressed to me, that we are lying to you and that all of the work was not completed. But you are also not willing to come back into the shop so we can show you step by step what was done to your car.

Yes Tony lowered the price extremely to hopefully keep you happy. No matter what we would have charged you, I am unsure if you would have been happy. We 100% stand behind all of the work that we do. If we make a mistake we will 100% own up to it. 

We do not have any interest in working with unreasonable customers. I have an awesome crew at our Blaine store and they deserve to work with reasonable customers.

Quick efficient oil change
Very friendly staff and they were quick to get my car in and oil changed. They said it would take 45 minutes and it only took 30 minutes tops. A little expensive compared to some other places in the area ($90). But worth it in my opinion for the quality and professional experience I had. They also don’t beat around the bush or try to sell you something you don’t need. And more importantly don’t lie to you. They telling you what’s wrong and what you need and get it done for you. Highly recommend this place.

Great Service

Complete Auto was very upfront & accommodating
Complete Auto repaired my front passenger window & accessed my air conditioner. Carshield covered the window but the air conditioner module wasn’t covered. CS covers several things for the ac but the most important thing which is very expensive.
