Disappointed with new vehicle purchase – Crain Hyundai is not recommended.
I recently purchased a brand new vehicle from Crain Hyundai and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The vehicle had higher mileage than expected for a new car, and this was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. When I raised concerns, the manager was unreasonably adamant and dismissive, showing no willingness to accommodate or even respectfully consider the issue. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and dismissive attitude made the entire process frustrating and stressful.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused buying experience.
The only saving grace was Jose, who was respectful, helpful, and showed genuine professionalism throughout. He went out of his way to assist, even when others around him didn’t. I truly appreciate his effort — but unfortunately, one good employee doesn’t make up for an overall bad experience.
