Crossroads Auto Service has been a providing quality automotive maintenance and repair for over 40 years.

We started out as Crossroads Shell on the corner of Romence Road and South Westnedge Avenue. In the late 1980s, we built a new building to better serve our customers.

As the South Westnedge facility was beginning to show its age, we relocated to our current location at 6230 Lovers Lane. Our new, state of the art building allows us to provide the same excellent service in a more convenient location.

Would be a 5 but missed an opportunity
Dropped my car off to have breaks looked at and done if needed and indeed they did need it. That part was taken care of nicely. There was an opportunity that was missed that related to my break system though. My dashboard still shows Breaks, ABS, and Traction Control lit up. I am hoping it fixes itself getting some miles in, but I definitely feel it was something that should have been taken care of while the car was being serviced. Now I have my car back and I am left wondering if something is still malfunctioning with the breaks I asked to be fixed or if it’s just something that simply needed to be reset. My daughter has her permit and getting this fixed was part of getting her to drive my car as well, and this situation leaves me doubting whether or not to put her in the drivers seat yet. Other than that, it’s just disappointing to know that after 2 days without the car that I’ll need to find time again to bring it back in to be looked at. When I asked about it before leaving I didn’t get great response. Had a chance to go above and beyond and tried to do something about it right then and there and take care of me, but I instead felt brushed off about it and made to think it was my fault for not specifically mentioning it when I asked to have my breaks looked at.
