I needed help understanding the request from the smog referee.
Mr. Summers and Ryan helped me understand what, and why the procedure the smog referee was requesting from me was necessary. I had never failed a smog test before and was unfamiliar with the verbiage and description of the procedure the smog referee was requesting. CSAI verified my Catalytic Converter was bad by performing a few diagnostic tests. Instead of just replacing parts they thought were bad, CSAI verified the part was bad. I have complete trust in CSAI’s ability to really identify the bad part in the smog / emission system before replacing it. Since I only have one vehicle they also expedited the service to my car.
