About a month ago I had 2 knock sensors replaced on my 2002 Lexus RX300. The next day I was driving to Charlotte, NC and I broke down around Pigeon Forge. I got the vehicle to a repair shop and had to leave it for the weekend because the codes for all six cylinders showed misfires. Upon my return to get the vehicle they had replaced all 6 plugs and coils. Then mentioned to me that the computer grounding wire had come loose and the bolt was "nowhere to be found." So they replaced the bolt. When I got back to Dan and told him the story he said he would give me a full refund of my bill in East TN which was $725 and a hassle. He also said he wanted to test the coils because there is no way all 6 would go bad at the same time. When he tested them all 6 were still GOOD!! However, Dan stuck by his word and gave me a refund even though all that needed to be replaced was the grounding wire bolt.
