Emergency Tire Repair in a Fleet vehicle
We towed our fleet vehicle in for a flat repair. Needed to locate a vendor who could bill on our national Goodyear account and found Dan’s Service Center. They took our vehicle in right away. We needed to replace one tire, but they suggested to replace all four however, they did not have the tires in stock and would not arrive until Monday. My driver wouldn’t have been able to wait as he lives four hours away. Brett went above and beyond to locate the tires for us from another shop/dealer and he performed the oil changed on our vehicle as well. We were able to get our driver back on the road today and avoid having him to drive 10 hours on Monday to get this taken care of! We appreciate please the
great customer service and quick turnaround! 😊
