Sales Deception
Absolutely no integrity. Attempted to sell car that wasn’t even available. Once sales associate realized it wasn’t available attempted to take our financial information based on assuring us the car in question was ours. Wasn’t until we asked to see the car again that he admitted the car wasn’t on the lot any longer. Complete deception with no remorse. Truly thought it was ok to just “sell” us another car.
