Friendly, Helpful, Good Pricing, Fast Service, and Good Job
Clark was very helpful in getting me scheduled and Rick was able to provide me with a competitive quote for my summer tires and rims! Rick was helpful in identifying what I needed to get the aftermarket rims to fit properly, and reassured me on the non-OEM tire and rim sizing I chose on TireRack. Was happy to purchase everything through them as it was just about the same to have TireRack ship to them and have Direct Tire install. I had an early appointment and was in and out earlier than they promised (probably just not yet backed up for the day but still happy to not have to wait as long as I expected). The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the lady who works the front desk was very nice! Tires look great and have performed great so far, no vibrations or anything.
