Pulled in early I thought it was 730 could have been earlier. Had a flat on my way to work. I could not loosen the lugs. Alex was standing behind the counter bay doors open. I asked if he could please help me. I've recently had a stroke and could not crack the lugs. So Alex tells me oh you'll have to wait till 8 o'clock . Seriously dude. he will tell you that I demanded he roll out the jack ECT ect. I never demanded anything from him. I did let him know exactly what I thought of his poor customer service. I mean seriously Alex. As a repeat customer at this shop I was amazed at his lack of service. Oh Alex I realize it was before you opened official. If you don't want customers rolling in early then don't open up your bay doors. And you call me a nut job? You have lots of customers one less now . Two minutes is what it would have taken you as the owner of this wonderful establishment. So who's the nut job? Now that the reviews are out? Good luck Alex
