Service department
They are notorious for saying they cannot duplicate the problem and then doing nothing to fix the vehicle. Had a big problem with my transmission that intermittently races at 6000 rpm but the car does not accelerate. They say its fine since they cannot duplicate it. Then they want to keep the car for weeks to keep driving it to see if they can duplicate it. They dont believe you that it does anything, even knowing that when it does, they wont know anymore than what you just told them. They said they dont fix transmissions anyway. LOUSY SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
