Took advantage of old man with later stage Parkinsons
My father in law, who has gotten to the stage of being easily influenced in his fight with Parkinsons, went for service on his car. Someone there saw an easy target and convinced him it was a good idea to go in debt for another car. Emptied his savings for the down payment and sent him home in a car he didn't come for nor need. Then when we obviously brought it back, they acted like they had done nothing wrong and would only take it back if he agreed to pay $4,200 in extra charges and claimed it was the bank charges. How low do you have to be to think that's ok? We took the car back yesterday and I posted about it then as well. Just want people to know how this dealership feels about the disabled elderly veterans.
