We are sorry to hear you had vehicle trouble on your trip home. We did check the battery and alternator out at the time of service and both passed the testing process. We explaned that we were unable to duplicate the issue you were having. I assume the alternator was intermittent and failed on the trip home. Again sorry you feel dissapointed in the service you recieved.
