how was scolded?
The man who talked with me on the phone was rude and talked to me like I was 12. He scolded me for talking to my warranty company. I’m not a professional. I shouldn’t have said anything. I was told to call them by the lien order. Is that how you treat your customers? Awful unprofessional.

It's always the same, excellent.!!
I bought my car at Dormans, the truth is that it's the best car I've ever owned in my life, in the four years I've had it I've had normal wear and tear maintenance on it I've been a loyal Dormans customer since I bout my car because they earned my trust with honest caring professional people.

My experience with buying my 3 cars and repairs
I love Dormans! I bought three cars for Dorman’s and my last car I love so much and Jed is so helpful. I now go and get my oil changes and any repairs I need. Dorman’s staff are all wonderful and care. When I got my first car I was scared of going to a mom and pop shop but Dorman’s is one the greatest dealership/repair shop in RI- from a loyal customer ❤️
