Available!
College student comes home for the holiday and mentions a rattling noise. It’s Thursday night. We make a call friday morning and erickson’s says, “can you bring it by this morning?” They take it for a test drive and within 90 minutes have it ready for the student to travel back to school safely. Car care while respecting customer and employees time…exceptional. They did not make promises or try to upsell us. They just shot straight and let us make the call. We have not experienced this anywhere else. Very refreshing.
