The staff are friendly often greeting me by name. although they are often busy (the sign of a good repair shop) they will try and squeeze me in for prompt service.
I know that whenever I take a vehicle to them for either servicing or repair, I know they will do a through job, make me aware of any issues, recommend what servicing might need to be preformed and not proceed without first checking with me. But almost more importantly I know they won't recommend unnecessary and unneeded work. Never have I felt that I had been "over charged".
