Three of the dashboard lights on our Honda Pilot came on all at once as I was leaving a parking lot in Woodinville. When I called the Honda dealership I was told that they couldn't look at the car for three weeks! In a bit of a panic, I called the Bothell Les Schwab Tire store, since we had used them in the past for tires and brakes, and they recommended F & F Auto Clinic. When I called F & F I spoke to Robert who was super kind and reassuring. I scheduled an appointment for later in the week but Robert said if we wanted to bring the car in before that, they would try to check it out sooner, which we decided to do. As we were in the office leaving our keys with Cheryl, Mark happened to walk by, and we were impressed by his assurance that they would take good care of us, which made us feel very comfortable. Robert called the day after we dropped the car off and said they had a pretty good idea of the problem but would have to work the car in between already scheduled appointments (which of course, we understood). It took a few days to get the car back because this was just before Memorial Day weekend, but when we picked up the car, Robert gave us a through explanation of what they had to do to fix the problem. This repair was an unexpected "emergency" (and our first experience with F & F) but it actually turned out to be a blessing because from now on, F & F will be our "go-to" shop for regular maintenance for both of our vehicles! We were treated with honesty and respect, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend F & F!
